Plain English Error Messages

All errors that occur are displayed and a suggestion for remedy is offered.
Safety Standards
All systems meet and/or exceed applicable ANSI, OSHA, CSA and European safety standards.
Control Reliability
Processors monitor each other. Two force guided safety relays wired in series are monitored for contact opening and closing. In the event of a relay failure the press would be shut down instantly and the LCD will display "RELAY FAULT". Relays are field replaceable.

In the event of a processor failure, the system will shut down and prevent further operation of the press until the fault is corrected. The fault will be displayed in plain English on the LCD.

All vital functions are stored in nonvolatile EEPROM and battery backed memory for maximum redundancy and reliability.
